I pre-purchased a copy of Starfinder Pact Worlds. I received noticed that this order was on it's way to me. Today however I was told by the USPS tracking system that someone has picked up the package at the facility in Covington. I clearly asked for home delivery and listed my home address. Before I follow up with the post office, can you please confirm that you sent me the correct order details?

The tracking for the order indicates, "Package delivered by post office" on March 23 in Covington. The address we sent it to is an apartment. Unless it is sent to a PO Box we don't have a shipping method that would be held and picked up at the post office unless it was undeliverable.

I discussed the matter with the postal people. It's they're screw up and it appears to have been brought to the wrong apartment. I contacted the nice lady who lives in the unit next to mine and she had the package.
