Hello Er1x,

PDFs only come with the physical book if the book is purchased through the subscription service. Since you do not have a Starfinder RPG subscription Pact Worlds did not include a PDF.

not sure how to have that set up so it works.

Hello Joshua,

It looks like you started a Starfinder RPG subscription and had it begin with Pact Worlds. Since we already shipped you Pact Worlds I have tagged the one we sent you with the subscription and cancelled the second copy. You should be able to see the PDF on your My Downloads page.
