I am presuming dwarf, male, wears cloth or leather outfit.
This is the absolute best match I found at Reaper. He's listed under "gnome" but at minis scale and with a big beard like that he works as a dwarf just fine and has the right outfit and a lute!
Others that are not identical, but bardly and dwarfy with the above criteria:
If you prefer the focus on ale, you could go with this dude. If you are willing to sculpt or buy an accessory pack you can give him a hat pretty easily.

This guy - has a tam'o'shanter instead of a fedora but he would make a great bard.
This guy also has the mug of ale. His robes might be too wizardy, but you could probably clip or saw the collar off which would help. Cut off the weapon with clippers and glue something else in his hand, and since he's bald you can glue or sculpt on a hat.
This guy in a spellcasting pose is another good candidate, and again you could add or sculpt on a hat and other accessories as desired.
If you are willing to spend the money I'd try making him on Hero Forge, should be able to get pretty close there
The feathered hat reminded me of the Mage Knight "Dwarven Swordsman". I'd kind of meant to make a PC based on that mini for a while but never got around to it.
Have you ever tried customizing minis with 'green stuff' epoxy? It is actually pretty easy to get results which are good enough for tabletop play, especially if you're willing to do some "surgery" combining parts from different minis.
