I want to first of all again thank Shayara (and in a lesser way Katina, mostly because they are both the awesome), for helping me solve a problem.
Now I have a question moreso than a problem: Are orders that are being processed done in a specific way; IE if it's pending do that mean it take X amount of days for it be done or is there another layer being involved? I only ask because I'm curious as to approximation of delivery/sending off of stuff.

Some shipments can remain pending for weeks or they can switch from pending to shipped in a day or two so there's not a specific time there.
I don't know the details as to what's exactly going on (I daresay the "should ship in x to y days" parameter of each item has a pretty significant impact).
It's reasonably common for me to split orders up so all my 1-6 days items are in one order and my 15+ days are all in another. That seems to work as expected.

Hi Thomas,
Our default timeframe for products that we have in our warehouse is 1-7 business days. If there are items that we are waiting on from a manufacturer or distributor, it could take longer, but the product availability on the website should give you a hint about that. You can read more about product availability on our FAQ here.
Taking a look into your orders, it looks like they should both be in the 1-7 business day timeframe to send out. Just let me know if there are any further questions, and I'll do my best to help out.
Thanks!
-Katina

Also -- If we are talking about the time required for non-subscription shipments, is the time to process an order in any way influenced by whether or not Paizo is in its monthly subscription shipment phase? It seems like orders placed at the end of that phase do get shipped a bit faster than those placed early in that phase.

Anytime the warehouse is working on shipping a higher than normal volume of orders (such as during the subscription shipping window), non-subscription orders are likely to take somewhere on the longer end of the 1 to 7 business day estimate, because of the overall volume of packages going out.
