"Everything" I want to know?
I am... skeptical.

So one nice surprise I learned from the video I hadn't seen mentioned anywhere else:

Playtest will have Hero Points :D Which is awesome since I always use that system

So far I've gotten to the part where they point out that Alchemists won't be shoe-horned into using spells, they're actually alchemists, not weird almost-mages. That's actually really interesting to me, Alchemist was one of my favoriite classes, but their reliance on the spell system always bothered me.

That's really good to know. Hero Points (or something like them) are probably one of my most-used optional rules, and they're one of the easiest rules to ignore if you don't like them.

Huh… interesting.

Archetypes (at least in the playtest version) are neither Pathfinder or Starfinder. They CRB ones will be broad, but we can get specific class archetypes. The idea is that even if you end up with a class like Cleric (with few features), they'll still be able to take archetypes.

I'm guessing that means something like VMC being workable with core rules?

That I can get into. I dont mind generic archetypres, so long as I can get some specialisation with class specific archetypes as well.

Ok so yeah, I made the title a bit too click-baity, but that was just for the YouTube crowd. I used much more rational titles for our Podcast Feed and hosted version.
