Skills and mods in Bestiary

This might be a dumb questions, but are the skills listed in the bestiary already modified for the creature size?
Yes it is I am pretty sure the answer?

Yes. All skills listed in the bestiary are modified for size, relevant stats, 'class' skill bonus, and any skill points actually added (if any. might not be for lower HD creatures, since they only get 1/Hd unless they're high-int magical beasts).

To simplify my answer, all skill bonuses listed have all relevant bonuses (including Skill Focus) accounted for.
