My PDF is still showing as pending despite having been taken out of my bank account, and this is the second time that I've been unable to access the PDF when it was purchased (still showing pending). Could you cancel my subscription? I'll just pay a la carte from now on.

Your subscription has been cancelled. You will be receiving an email confirmation.

You haven't been charged for the PDF. What you were seeing is an authorization which will disappear as soon as your bank releases it.
