I'm not sue if this is actually an issue or not, but my order (4692409)has been "Pending" for more than a week. I've never seen that happen for more than a day or two before, so I wanted to make sure there's not some issue with the order.

With subscriptions we run the authorization, which creates the orders on a Thursday and Friday, then begin shipping the following Monday. We allow up to 2 weeks to get all of the orders shipped. So this month we expect to be finished shipping by the end of the day Friday of next week. Your order has already shipped out, but it can ship any time in that 2 week window.
