Are there any weekly PFS events being scheduled in Chicago, Illinois?

Dice Dojo seems to be the main spot, but it looks like they are no longer scheduling games — at least, as of this month.

I will be visiting for a couple weeks and would like to roll some dice and check out the local scene, if possible.

Check with Michael Lane ([e-mail])--there are generally games happening Sundays in Downers Grove, not far southwest of Chicago. They're on Warhorn, but I'm having trouble logging in to get the link. IIRC, it's posted under Ballydoyle, the name of the place they play at.

Thanks John! I checked their schedule; I can only make one Sunday, and they're running a scenario that I have both played and GM'd. I registered anyway, because I visit a few times a year.

i never know how up to date it is , but i don't see any unifying website for the chicago area, so poke around

Quinn is correct, David is the best point of contact for the Dojo. They're doing all the scheduling on Warhorn now, as I recall.

Doug, there is an active PFS group in Northwest Indiana where I am the local Venture Agent. Here is a ]link to our thread in this forum.

We also will run some PFS and SFS games in Merrillville, Indiana on March 3rd at ArctiCon , a local gaming convention.

Check Games Plus in Mt Prospect. I believe they do open table PFS every Sunday. Its about a block and half from the Mt Prospect Metra station.

I'm one of the regular GMs from the Dojo from 2018. The main Venture Agent for the store moved out of town and the opportunity to cover for him and continue has sort of passed us by.

I'm looking to restart PFS 1e, SFS, or any other organized play in the area if anyone is interested. I reached out to the Dojo about continuing last year, but didn't get any response.

Good Games in Lincoln park appears to have an ongoing PFS and SFS playgroup.

Thanks for the update Michael. I visit several times a year and have gotten very close to relocating to the area multiple times and information had become hard to find.
