ok i was wondering what is the maximum movement for a round for jumping, like if i'm running it's four times my speed right, and if so, if i high jump in an area like an alley could i jump off a wall at the height of the first jump and make a second jump to limit of my speed?

Yes you can jump more than once during a move. It may require an acrobatics check to land/jump from walls/roofs though.

The run action has to be in a straight line, cannot be across difficult terrain, and you have to be able to see where you are going. I suppose it would depend on the circumstance, but I might rule that walking on top of a wall or a roof is difficult terrain and maybe not even a straight line once you transition to the alleyway. Again, without knowing the layout, I am just making a supposition here.

Folks, I think he means jumping back and forth between two vertical surfaces in order to gain increased altitude.

OP: if my interpretation of your question is correct, what you are wanting is not within the rules. If it was it would probably be in the form of a useless feat noone would take, like the feat that lets you make Animal Calls.

You will have to work out with your DM how such a thing works, or if it works, as RAW it does not exist to my knowledge.

(Yes, you need a feat to even ATTEMPT to mimic a bird, or a cow.)
