I am having problems with chronicles sheets and reporting.
1 I have chronicles sheets that were not reported by the Game Masters some as old as 2016. Its difficult to correct this as GM Paizo.com usernames they post under is different from their signature, which is different from their actual name. Its difficult to track anyone down. What do I do?
If I have a chronicle sheet but cannot get it correctly reported can I discount it from my personal logs?
Or if I do have chronicle sheets can I still count what is actually on the page as part of my allowed resources? I am worried if I do so I will be audited.
2 On Paizo.com the scenarios played only show that hey were played, not any results. Is there a way to keep more detailed online records?

Game reporting seems to hover around 50%* . its really not a big deal if the game wasn't reported. Just be sure not to lose the dead tree version and you may want to scan/photograph it as backup.

Nope. That you actually played the game is what matters.

Most DMs have no way of comparing your dead tree to your online records.
The venture critters that can do that sort of thing are aware that reporting is significantly less than 100%

*number reached as an ad hoc judgement based on how often the question comes up , a magic eight ball, and this squirrel talking to me.

Few people can actually check your online records, and even those that can know that online reporting isn't entirely accurate.
I'd recommend scanning your physical sheets and keeping the digital backups on cloud storage, like Google Drive, just in case you lose your physical sheets.
Also, sometimes years can go by before something is reported. I know from firsthand experience >.>

^ Indeed. The honor system is still in effect.
Online reporting is "something extra". It's used to inform the Campaign on various statistics, such as which scenarios people are playing the most, who's playing them, and for reporting successes/failures so that future scenarios can take past actions into play.
GMs earn rewards for having games reported, so there are incentives to have them reported. For players, the only benefit is a somewhat (hopefully) consistent list of games played. But that is not the primary purpose of the system.
