I am a Starfinder Superscriber, but it appears that I'm being charged for the scenarios. I thought the society scenarios were supposed to be free?

Could you please verify I'll still get the scenarios, and cancel the scenario subscription?

Thank you for letting us know! This scenario should be free, but it looks like you were authorized for $3.99. I'm sorry for the confusion with that! The order hasn't actually been fulfilled yet, so that charge won't be finalized. You should see the authorization reverse in 1-5 business days.

I'll give things a poke to make sure that this doesn't happen with your subscription going forward. Just let me know if you have any further questions or concerns in the meantime.

It looks like I'm in the same boat as Alledisil. I believe I was charged last month and it looks like I'm going to be charged this month as well. Can you double-check my account as well, if it isn't too much trouble?

Hello Uncle,

In your case it is because the first item in the Starfinder RPG subscription has not shipped. The Starfinder Superscriber benefits don't kick in until the first item in each subscription has shipped out. It looks like the starting item you selected for that subscription is Pact Worlds. That will be shipping in March.
