↬If you need to make changes to the subscription details after the auth/order creation date, double check the changes applied to both the pending order and the subscription.

Update: We discovered that Bigger Bridge was displaying incorrectly in our system, so it is actually releasing next month instead of with January's items. We apologize for the confusion!

Hi Mogloth,

We're looking into whether or not they will be ready to go out with this month's subscription shipments. I'll be sure to post an update here when I've got more information.

Update: Iconic Heroes Set #8 should be ready to go with this month's subscription shipments! If you've got them in your sidecart BEFORE we generate your subscription shipment, then it should be included automatically.

Please remember that any items that are submitted AFTER the subscription order has been generated will not be automatically included in your shipment. You'll either way to select the shipping option to combine with your pending subscription order, or contact Customer Service before the order is processed for shipment.

It's taken awhile to get there because I'm the only CS person in the office today, but I have given the warehouse the go ahead to start shipping subscription orders.

They may not be able to start until tomorrow morning, but we'll see how things go!


I got an authorisation last week when the order spawned and began pending, then this morning I got a second charge which looks like what happens when the order ships. However, it's still pending and I didn't get a shipping email.

Is there anything amiss? Or has it just reauthorised or something since the first one lapsed?

(I've got a bunch of preorders and "ships in 16+ days" items this month, so I'm worried something has gone screwy).

Hi Steve,

Oddly enough, I'm not seeing an authorization on our side from when the order was generated on the 11th. There is an authorization from yesterday, which happened when the warehouse generated the packing list for it (which means everything should be fine and you should see a shipping confirmation email sometime in the near future, once the warehouse gets to it in the current pile).

Since I had Customer Service alter my order after spawning, can I still expect my order to ship by the 26th? I'm very much looking forward to my PDFs. ^_^

Yes, your order should still ship within the shipping window for the month.

I too am concerned


My order shows as shipped, but I never got a shipment email. If you haven't gotten a shipment email, you might check your orders to see if yours shows as complete (or see if you can download your PDFs if you're a subscriber).

The last (non-subscription sidecart) package of mine only went out today, so I guess they're still going with this month's subscriber shipping.

It looks like the system tried to send you a shipping confirmation email on Monday the 22nd. That said, the mail server was being wonky for part of last week, so I'm sorry if that didn't make it all the way to you.

No worries, Sharaya. I figured there’d be some anomalous item messing things up - this month is a whole bunch of weird odds and sods.

During the period that many of our confirmation emails were sent, it appears that Comcast was blocking mail from paizo.com to comcast.net addresses.
