I received an email some time ago that this order would be shipped 'in the next 8 days.' It has now been 13 days, and I see it is still in Pending mode. Is there a problem with my payment method, or any other reason why it is still pending? Thank you!

Hello Quemius,

We are still shipping out the December subscription orders. With subscription orders we usually begin shipping on a Monday and allow up to 2 weeks to get all of the orders shipped out. Shipping for December orders began on Monday, December 4 and is on track to be completed by Friday, December 15. Your order is just waiting for its turn in the shipping queue.
