Liberty's Edge

I was wondering if there was more information on house Merrosett of Taldor. My group is thinking of trying to make a group that are compatible as members of that house for upcoming campaigns as well as something to see if we can work well as a group in a few other single modules.

New Campaign Setting Book

Liberty's Edge

Have that on order and waiting for it to ship :-) just have them coming over this week and wondering if other books are available?

I've been cooking up a homebrew campaign set in the Verduran Forest in Taldor. I'm excited too to get more info to work from.

Sounds pretty cool to me :-)

never enough fey

Fey, dragons, druids, ettercaps, kobolds, river pirates, a wandering quickwood, whatever resides deep in the Black Forks, Galt refugees, greedy Andoran lumberjacks, a town full of gnomes, politics and ancient histories, theres a lot to work with from a storytelling pov.

Sounds pretty cool :-) a friend of mine would love that

Sounds like you have some solid tools upon which to build a working campaign frame work. My suggestion is to get a good map going first, even if you have to make it yourself and start filling in points of interest on the map. Don't forget real world things like quarries from which to mine stone, forest from which to gather lumber, etc. Also most castles are surrounded by farm land and have a town which grow up around them.

Each such Castle is run by a local lord who is typically so busy with maintaining taxes and other kingdom management issues that they will no long deal with other problems directly but need the help of adventures to do so. Thus things like bounties on the troublesome orcs will be a thing.
