In terms of the crossbow, I would say maybe 1. They are bad enough compared to bows, just for balance on that side, make it 1. Also it is a wizards staple, so having it heavy would suck.</blockquote><p>I have house rules to make Crossbows cooler, so I'm not worried about combat efficacy here. And wizards can use a light crossbow with a faster fire rate that has a bulk of 1. After reading your response, I think I am decided.
