What spells to pick for a Voice of the Wild Bard?

Advice

After much deliberation, I'm almost ready with my Pathfinder Society debut character! I just have one last decision to make.

I'm looking to make a melee focused Ifrit Bard who wields a Quarterstaff and has a fire dancer flavor. The actual Flame Dancer archetype was a bit underwhelming on its own though, and I don't currently have access to the Flamesinger archetype, so Voice of the Wild turned out to be a suprisingly good substitute, given the Druid's access to fire spells!

Therein lies the dilemma though. I really love getting into the thick of a melee, and spells like Shillelagh and Barkskin would greatly enhance my ability in that regard! However, given the archetype only allows me to swap out one spell known for a Druid/Ranger one every 3 levels, I wouldn't be able to use things like Produce Flame and Flaming Sphere, which, in addition to providing more fiery flavor, would give me a magical ranged option that'd work well against high AC foes! ...But then the problem with that is the limited uses of said options, given the Bard's number of spell slots.

So TL;DR, should I go for long lasting spells that bolster my melee effectiveness, or opt for more versatile, but limited use blasting spells?

EDIT: If you have any specific spells to recommend, I only have access to ones from the following books: Core Rulebook, Advanced Player's Guide, Advanced Race Guide, and Advanced Class Guide.

I've found that long duration buff spells work really well with the bard, but spamming spells not so much. so maybe take produce flame and barkskin.

Flame blade, obviously!

I can't believe I almost forgot that spell existed! Thanks! Giving up Barkskin and a double weapon to use it is a tad problematic, but the touch attack ability AND fire flavor is really appealing! I'll definitely take it into consideration! I wonder how practical it'd be to dual wield a pair...

Dual wielding two flame blades may not work, but dual wielding flame blade and produce flame definitely does!

if you want to do flame blade and such..and your not sold out on bard.. maybe try Green Scourge you can go all day long with flame blade and shelaligha with this AND empower them (also deal other energy type beside flame). (and if you think ull need summon nature ally ,just prepare it and spontaneous replace if needed)

also not sure this is pfs legal but work very nice for flame blade builds

Just looked it up and.... WOW! Those look awesome! :O Normally, I'd NEVER play a prepared caster in any capacity, but with both Shillelagh AND Flame Blade available as long as I have the slots, that's REALLY tempting! ...Unfortunately, I don't have the resources currently to splurge on the source books, so that will unfortunately won't be an option at the moment. Thanks for the heads up though'

Well if you want some more advice. Since flameblade is used like a scimitar you might want to look up at serenea. She got all kinda goodies as feats and traits connected to using scimitars. Use one of the links from above and hit search. Tap the feats. Traits and dieties and search for the word scimitar..have fun.
