Does the Medium really use Wisdom for UMD instead of Charisma?

The Medium is pretty weak but I have a hard time not accepting a challenge so I wanted to build one around UMD.
However, I found that for some reason that I am hoping is just a mistake, the Medium and ONLY the Medium happens to use Wisdom as their ability modifier for UMD instead of Charisma.
I can't find any information that even brings up how dumb this is, especially considering the Medium is a Charisma based caster and needs all the help it can get. Has this been corrected outside of print? Is there a core rule that automatically corrects it?

what makes you think they use wisdom for it?

I believe that is a typo.

Since there is no explanation for the change anywhere in the text, I'm also thinking typo.

FAQ'ing TOZ's post to get it flagged for errata.

Should this be posted in an errata thread or is FAQ-ing appropriate?

I hadn't realized there were errata threads. Where do they live?

They generally show up in the Product Discussion board. I don't know how closely Paizo inspects them, but they've been fairly comprehensive in the past.

Edit: For what it's worth, I FAQ'd TriOmegaZero's post since we know that does make it into a queue somewhere. : )

I've flagged it as wrong forum - let the mods find the correct errata location(if that is the correct solution) :)
