Idea for a Warpriest of Phatasma

Advice

I had an idea for a character, not really far into the process at all, but wanted him DEADLY with daggers, a warpriest of Pharasma

Human (Prioritize: Dex(>15), Wis (>13), Con (>13) Str, Int, Cha)
Traits: River Rat, (something to add perception as a class skill)
Vanilla Warpriest

1) Weapon Focus (Daggers), Weapon Finesse, Slashing Grace
3) Two-Weapon Fighting, Two Weapon Grace
5) Deific Obedience
6) Not sure, but if using ART will have two combat feats here...

Might I recommend the Startoss line?

Does that work with daggers as well?

You realize Two-Weapon Grace adds another -2 to your attack rolls, right? That's -4 for two-weapon fighting, because Dex to Damage is almost taboo for the designers apparently.

What I did was use a +1 Returning Dagger(named Spirit by my character) and the Startoss feat chain. It was pretty nasty when I was even a little buffed. Especially since all the attacks made don't have any penalties.

A +1 Dagger in my other hand is what I used for AoOs if something provoked.

Startoss Style works with any weapon in the Thrown Fighter Weapon group. Guess which category daggers fall into?

That headline....

All hail fat asma

slide over Crepitus, there's a new patron goddess of flatulence (ˆ⺫ˆ๑)<3

lol... okay... a War Priest of Pharasma...
try NJollys_Warpriest_Guide
which suggests; Two Weapon Fighting
Pros: What makes this even more viable is the small damage dice of most light weapons being boosted by sacred weapon as well as being proficient in kukris. You can buzz saw through people and stack on the crit effects with critical mastery to debuff while you brutalize, making your damage look way nicer as well as having quite a few combos and other fun abilities to include.
Cons: Normal two weapon fighting cons, like enchanting two weapons (or burning through 2x sacred weapon rounds) as well as your slower BAB making iterative attacks come online slower does hurt this style somewhat.

Human STR:14 DEX{+2}:16 CON:14 INT:10 WIS:14 CHA:10
Trait: River Rat, Magical Knack(if multi-classing) or +1 Rflx.
HFeat: Weapon Focus().
Class: Unch Rogue. You can go to 3rd for slashing with a dagger.
then
Class: War Priest...

honestly TWF dex to damage are more complex than high STR builds and dipping into UnchRog is going to slow down your BAB but give you abilities, feats(that you want), skills & skill points. Magical Knack helps. As most of your spells will be on yourself or friendlies a high WIS isn't needed. Gladius might be a better weapon choice.
As an archer type you avoid the TWF feat chain and pick up the archer feat chain. Fighting at a distance is a good thing.
If you skip Rogue then I'd do STR:16 and DEX:14, trade out the trait, and avoid dex to damage just going TWF or the standard route.
