Wish / Limited Wish / Miracle Determine Class to Choose from

Hello everyone,
I wanted to ask what happens when you cast these type of spells such as Limited Wish and determining which Spell to cast.

Example :
Lets say Wizard with Opposed school Transmutation wants to cast a Transmuation spell of another Class. His maximum allowed level from Limited Wish should be 4 as noted bellow :
"Duplicate any non-sorcerer/wizard spell of 4th level or lower, even if it belongs to one of your opposition schools."

Lets take Reincarnate spell as an example : Level 4 Druid/Shaman, Level 5 Witch.
If it was only Witch spell he wouldn't be allowed to cast it due to insufficient level, but if he chooses the Druid/Shaman version then he can cast it.

I wanted to ask what happens in these situations where a spell has different spell level on different classes.

I am tempted to say you use the level it appears on lowest.
Like you do for scrolls and potions etc.

Scrolls are specific to class no matter what. A character using Use Magic Device has an impact and of course the level of casting matters too!

You would be able to Choose which version you cast and being that the Druid Version is the lowest level to cast it does make sense to go with that.

The only way the higher level version makes sense is if there are no druids in your world.
