Class features that depend upon form?

Rules Questions

Can anyone give some examples of "class features that depend upon form", which a character would lose while under the effects of a polymorph spell? How about some class features that don't depend upon form, which you would presumably retain?

so an alchemist that grows wings to fly is a class feature you'd lose.

rage and the sorcerer's ability to grow claws still persist.

Barbarian DR,various defensive abilities of stonelord paladins and knight of the sepulchre antipaladins, barbarian, monk and bloodrager fast movement would be lost. Some of these might be debatable, but this is my off the cuff list.

Sczarni

I always believed it was left intentionally open so different GMs could rule as they saw fit.

the fast movement would stay they still haves levels in those classes and despite being a dragon now instead of an elf its still a dragon barbarian that's 10 feet faster then other dragons of its kind the defense abilities stated would also stay as they are related to class and not race as would the alchemist wings that chess pawn mentioned

I would go with anything that needs doing with a body part you no longer have. Staring down people with no eyes, jump kicking people as a snake, etc.

Then what are "class features that depend on form"?

monk flying kick, cant kick if you don't have legs, head butt cant do that with out a head, there are very very few actual abilities given by a class that depends on forum

edit don't know of any class features like this but if there are any class features that say grant x benefit vs other humanoid(or other outsiders) creatures i would think they they would lose that feature if they cease to be humanoid(or outsider)

Liberty's Edge

Arcane and divine spellcasting requires certain amounts of vocal and manual dexterity.

most forms you can take can still pull those off, and for those that can't with enough training you should be able to learn how as even those creatures that would impose such restrictions when others turn into them can still find ways to cast spells using other means for their vocal and sematic components
