HI, i would like to known in your opinion which one is better. I think that Eldritch Knight with VMC Magus can be very powerful with magic, but the Magus have three things that can make the EK VMC Magus jealous: Spell combat, casting in armor (unless it's a DEX build) and spell recall. What do you think? Sorry for my bad english.

The blade adept EK needs to spend feats on combat feats, extra exploit and a bit of metamagic. VMC on top of that would hurt. It's not impossible at later levels but there would be hard choices earlier.
Also if you go that way consider inspired blade swashbuckler instead of fighter. The opportune parry & riposte could be a lifesaver with no armor.

This kind of question usually comes down to what you want your character to feel like.
If you go Eldritch Knight you're going to be a caster who can wield a sword. You'll be fine in combat but spells will be your main thing.
If you go Magus you'll be a warrior who uses magic. You'll be fine at magic but fighting with weapons will be your main thing.
Obviously they both end up as a mix of caster/warrior, but where you want to focus will determine which is a better pick. Also as Melkiador pointed out the Magus will be combat-ready from level 1 (or really level 2 for spellstrike), whereas the Eldritch Knight will take a while to come online.
Both will be quite powerful and versatile, so really you should just pick whichever one sounds more fun.
