Hi Katina

Not sure if it's just a display bug, but I just got my email which listed all three scenarios and said they'd be available tomorrow. However, the price was only listed for the PFS Scenarios.

Would you mind looking into my order (4550938) and just checking everything is as it should be, please?

Same here. The "My Subscriptions" page has a suspicious gap between last month's SFS scenario 1-04 and next month's 1-06 that I would normally take to be a sign that you are still in the auth process.

I'm in the same boat here. Also, I'm running Scenario 8-99 on Sunday 10/29 in Grapevine TX at the Lone Star Game Expo, and Mr. Kevin Willis put in for me to receive it, but it doesn't appear there either.

I was curious if 9-06 and 9-07 did drop today or not. I got the notice that I was charged for them and that they would be available for download today but they aren't available in my downloads. I did just update my payment method due to an expiring card, so hopefully I didn't fat finger something. It has been known to happen.

Hey everyone,

Sorry for the lack of updates today. I ran a report yesterday which was supposed to have generated the scenarios to subscriber accounts, but it does not seem to have reached everybody it was supposed to. Because we've been trying to fix that most of the day, we have not run the usual report that fulfills the scenarios.

Our tech team is currently running a report which we're hoping will work out all the kinks. However, it's going pretty slowly so we're probably going to need to leave it overnight and check in on it in the morning.

If you see anything really weird happening with your account, let us know here and we can take a look tomorrow.

Hi Katina,

I'll add my name to the list of people that are PFS (and SFS) scenario subscribers that haven't gotten their scenarios.

I'm most concerned about PFS 9-06, as I'm GM'ing that in a 5 days... and need at least a couple days to prep it.

I did receive the email indicating my account was being setup for "auto-order". I see the hold on my credit card. and I see that the scenarios are available for public purchase.

I really don't want to have to buy it at the retail 4.99 price, when I've already essentially paid for it through my subscription.

This is actually just a display error. For folks who did get the scenarios granted, 9-06 is not currently showing up in the right order because the title is formatted with the wrong kind of dash. :-/ You should see it listed in the right section, just above scenario 9-04. (Or just use ctrl+f and type in 'shores of heaven')

Hate to nag and appreciate I'm in a different timezone but is there any news on a fix for this? Annoying to pay for downloads that aren't available.

I seem to be missing SFS-04 from my account. but I received SFS-05 today. Not sure what the issue is.

Looks like there are still problems. Neither 9-06 nor 9-07 show up in my season 9 downloads. Did they get placed somewhere different this time?

The charge has been pending at my bank for 3-4 days now, so it has not been officially charged. That needs to be finalized too.

UPDATE: Fixed. When I went back to the front page (blog note), it said that the new scenario is now in my downloads. I went back to season 9 and I now have seven scenarios available.

Just a quick update, my subscriptoins for SFS and PFS came through around 8pm Central last night.

Thank you Paizo for your diligence on resolving this issue. I recognize that these kind of events can strain the IT and Customer Service Staff, so your efforts at resolving this, and keeping us apprised of what was occurring is very much appreciated!
