<p>At character level 12 (retirement age for Society): </p>
<p>BAB - +9 (Tracking +12)
<br />
Weapon Focus (Sniper) - +1 or +2 (forget how it interacts with Tracking)
<br />
Laser Accuracy Gear Boost - +1
<br />
Dex 24 - +7
<br />
Miracle Worker - +2</p>
<p>Total: +21 non-Tracking, +22 or +23 Tracking</p>
<p>Then you throw in </p>
<p>Sharphooter Level 1 - reduced penalty 2 vs. cover
<br />
Targeting Computer - removes concealment, right?
<br />
Various scope/grip/whatnot</p>
