How long does it normally take for a reported session to be posted?

Grand Lodge 1/5

I recently completed running a scenario and it has been a week and it does not show as a GM session on my page.

Don't worry about it. Sometimes it takes a while, sometimes it doesn't show up at all. Just hold onto your dead tree chronicle and you're good.

Ask the person that does the reporting for you. If its a CON, it might take a while. Is it at your local game day? Ask them whey they normally do it.

There is currently an issue that reported sessions don't show up on the GM page.

If your people say they reported it, its the technical issue and it will pop up once the site has been fixed.

I usually report immediately after running. If it's a regular event, I usually wait until I get home. Big conventions, could take weeks.

... and should time pass and you end up with an event that is still un-reported you can reach out to your local Venture Captain or Regional Venture Captain to add the missing session into the system.

Should any VC or RVC not know the way to make this happen please reach out to me on PM and I will walk you through the required rituals. ;-)

I run mostly online now. I make it a point to report the game at the same time as I fill out the sheets.

CONS do take extra time but if its a small game day or just a one off game. I wouldn't take offense if someone asked my 2-3 days after the event.

Just be nice about it. ;-)
