I can't comment on the Campaign Setting at the present, but I can comment on what the Herald is referencing - it has to do with a legendary dungeon, and graves, oh, and Orcus. There will be two different Kickstarters for something related to that, including some new content for Pathfinder and Swords & Wizardry. Oh, and VTT maps. And something to do with a certain Tome filled with Horrors.
So, to recap:
VTT and print ready color maps for Rappan Athuk
Tome of Horrors 5e
Rappan Athuk V (for 5e) with new, expanded content from Bill Webb for Pathfinder and Swords & Wizardry

I don't know if it's feasible, but I'd really like an illustration book for Rappan Athuk (ala the old "S" series from TSR) that could be shown to players for selected rooms.
Maybe a stretch goal?
I'd love to show them the green statues perched atop the entrance (from their vantage point on the ground) or some of the awesome rooms therein.

Here's some more info/rumors on the upcoming KS. There should be about 100+ maps of the Wilderness area surrounding Rappan Athuk and depending on the pledge level maps of the interior. These will come in color, JPEG, and physical maps.
It will depend on the pledge level you pick as to what you get. Spend enough and you may get to attend a session online of RA V gaming. They have opened up the Temple Dallas level for NTRPG Con 2018 also.
I will post when it goes live. So stay tuned, folks.

There is a good possibility there is going to be an art book that would meet your criteria. It will be a stretch goal.

I'm interested to know how many, and what size, the maps are in the folios
There will be 200+ maps in the folio, GM map on one side, and player's map on the other (so 100+ individual sheets). They are 8 1/2 x 11; essentially, they are the same pages that will be in the new full color book, but loose-leaf in a folder (and the folder is printed with the cover of the new book, the Mausoleum piece we have been showing, so SUPERCOOL!)
IN ADDITION, we are (currently) offering the giant size maps, printed on 6 ft x 6ft polyester sheets (like a good suit). We are, at this time, offering maps of Level 1C - The Mouth of Doom, the Wilderness surrounding RA, and Level 15 - Against the Master. $200 each, or all 3 for $500.
More levels, or art, may be added later, who knows? (the Oracle knows)

Oooo, I didn’t see that! Are they the same size as the Bard’s Gate megamap?

Skeeter, in the 80$ reward, the level 1c is sillt one of the list of reward but the dungeon JPG and psd include it? Or 1C does have Something more than the other level that I fail to see?
At 80$ does all dungeon level of Rappan Atuk will get the same elements that level 1c get?
Thanks
Dany
Correct, the $80 pledge will get all the dungeon, cavern, and wilderness levels of Rappan Athuk in PSD and JPG format but includes no physical reward (the printed map folio).
1C is a "featured" map since it is the 3D printed level we've been using at cons. It also has a pretty heavy body count on it. At NTRPG Con, Skeeter killed 36 players in the span of about 18 hours on 1C.

Yep, Steve. It is the same size, which is right at 6' x 6' give or take an inch or two.

So what are my options for all digital?
That depends on if you are wanting just the jpegs or if you are also wanting the PSD files so you can manipulate the layers, modify the maps, etc.
For jpeg only, to get every single map in the Kickstarter, you would opt for the $55 pledge level, the Rappan Athuk Torchbearer. It includes the following:
- Wilderness GM and player's maps in JPEG format
Dungeon GM and player's maps in JPEG format
Level 1C .psd and JPEG GM & Player maps (all pledge levels include this)
For jpeg and PSD, to get every single map in the Kickstarter, you would opt for the $80 pledge level, the Rappan Athuk Explorer. It includes the following:
Dungeon GM and player's maps in JPEG and PSD format
Wilderness GM and player's maps in JPEG and PSD format
Level 1C .psd and JPEG GM & Player maps (all pledge levels include this)
Neither of these pledge levels has physical rewards.
Does that help?

I'm still longing for my blightt copy
Did you order the Blight Maladies cards? They should be ready to go very shortly. Once Bill has them in hand, the minions will add them to the shipments that were waiting on them and send them out. It shouldn't be long now.

My only recommendation is to remember that Frog God Games makes a lot of "adventure type" books. Rappan Athuk is the "dungeon" book, Slumbering Tsar is the "ruined city" book, Sword of Air is the "classic sandbox adventure" book... they tend to go all-in on that stuff, so it may help to double-check which type of game your table enjoys most.

Thank you Rednal,
I have read most of RA and have another group in Tsar. The first group is a good groop for this kind of game, they're more into deep delves than deep story.
What stopped me in from running it the past was tthe mapping, I realy suck at it and RA have a lot of enormous maps.
Now these digital maps will be perfect, we play on a lcd pannel Embedded in our gaming table and it will make my life way easier.
