I played at a local shop and I have a session number, I'm registered, the character is registered. How do I record the session for Starfinder, all I can seem to get is recording for Pathfinder. Is it not up and running yet? I have an event, event code, date, GMOP#, everything. What now?
We noticed when he printed off the sheets for the session it printed PF instead of SF, so that made me wonder if it's systemic.

Reporting is important. Not only does it help Paizo gauge the success of SFS, if you should lose your chronicle sheet your Venture-Captain is only able to re-issue chronicles for games which have been reported.
I recently had a player who was overseas for an extended period of time and lost his paperwork. I was able to re-issue his chronicle sheets based on his reported sessions.
That being said, people are busy so things might not be reported in a timely manner. I think it would be appropriate to send a gentle reminder to the GM after about a week
Also sometimes numbers are entered incorrectly, so if it has been reported it might not show up under your number if it was miskeyed. And there is apparently some sort of database problem which might be affecting you as well.

There are currently issues with our tech that are keeping sessions from displaying correctly. While we thought it was limited to GMs seeing their information, it could be a bigger issue. So if you ask the coordinator and find out it was reported, please let us know so we can take a deeper look.
