1) Don't worry about the prophecy - those don't work anymore in Golarion and related environs
2) Worry about the jerk fanatics that are going to take it upon themselves to force the prophecy to come to pass; smite them.
3) Turn the demon into a useful power source and/or fertilizer; smite it.
4) Take the baby, and turn it over to the (G/g)od(s) or similar (i.e. summon an angel or whatever, and hand it over with an explanation of the situation).
5) If it all goes wrong, just evacuate everyone to a different universe, and/or (depending on the specificity/nature of the prophecy) ship baby off to another universe ().
I mean, come on, guys, this isn't that hard.

The problem with these kinds of prophecies is that they tend to be self-fulfilling; for example, what we don't know is that the baby is the lynchpin of existence and killing it is what actually destroys the universe. That sort of thing.
It is not moral to murder a baby for what it might do in the future.

This is the plot of the original Divinity games, although the baby didn't look like a demon. It didn't end well.

Yawn this is an old one. Put a twist on it and say a person is stuck in a deja vu situation where they wake up every single day a clean slate and are faced with the same dilemma. Do they always take the same action? hmm?

It's real-world me? Then this isn't a role playing question or a game world question. This is in the wrong forum, at the very least and may be on the wrong site.
Considering a baby is not likely to put up much of a fight, if the person doing the baby-murder is not the person with the most conviction that this needs to be done, then I'm suspicious.
