Hi, Team!

I just got the delivery notification for my Starfinder scenario subscription. Scenarios 1-01, 1-02, & 1-03 are listed, but I got those scenarios during the last subscription release. Can you please ensure that I'm not charged for those scenarios a second time?

Hi Paris,

We've let the tech team know about this and we're looking it into.
(It shouldn't charge you for the older ones or add those again, but it is odd that it added the new scenarios onto the old order).

Can you please cancel this order? I went ahead and purchased it individually. I want to keep my subscription, though, so please keep things on track for the next Starfinder Society Scenario release.

Hello Paris,

I have cancelled the item for this month, the other items were fulfilled on September 25. It looks like for some reason the system tried to generate this months item to the already completed order.

Thanks, Diego. System hiccups happen. I probably should have waited to see what the techs found out about the initial inquiry, but I really wanted to see the newest scenario.
