manipulating shadows

Advice

is there a class out there that can manipulate shadows, ei create shadows that aren't supost to be there, make shadows actual physical constructs like a wall made out of shadow that no one can pass through that they don't want to

There's the shadowdancer, a prestige class that I was once very infatuated with. It seems very underpowered to me now, but it seems to be exactly what you're looking for if you're willing to wait until level 9:

Shadow Call (Sp)

At 4th level, a shadowdancer can create creatures and effects out of raw shadow. This ability functions as shadow conjuration, using the shadowdancer’s level as the caster level. A shadowdancer can use this ability once per day at 4th level, plus one additional time per day for every two levels attained beyond 4th (2/day at 6th level, 3/day at 8th level, and 4/day at 10th level). Upon reaching 10th level, this ability functions as greater shadow conjuration. The DC for this ability is Charisma-based.

There's also the spell "shadow conjuration" that this ability is based off of, which is a fourth level wizard/sorcerer or bard spell.

shadow dancer summons up a creature that is a duplicate of yourself and conjure shadows is both super limited and only 20% effective i'm looking for something that can conjure up structures like towers walls weapons

Making not-entirely-real things is what shadow magic in PF does by definition. If you want real walls which just look dark and shadowy you'll need a couple different spells probably - wall of stone and illusory wall would do it.

If you want to play a wayang you can be a shadow puppeteer.

guess ill just have to do some re skinning of some spheres of power stuff then

Ascension Games "Path of Shadows" might have useful things for you.
I don't remember your stance on 3PP though.

Ankous Shadow Slayer seems pretty solid.

heres an example to explain what i wana go for if you have seen big hero 6

spoiler for any one who hasn't seen it:
the antegonist of the story steals a device that allows hims to manipulate tiny robot and make them do some pretty neat stuff at will(ie not a limited resource like spells)
and i basically want to do that but with shadows instead

You can re-flavor an aether kineticist.
