Wow, that's pretty early. I don't suppose there is a way to postpone my subscription is there? I budgeted for the money to come out in October sometime, not in September.
Your card will only be charged once the package ships, which won't be before October 2nd.
(Though the authorization may put a hold on your card beforehand, or give Paizo a 'insufficient funds' reply. In that case you should receive an email from Paizo regarding that payment issue)

I don't appear to have any orders on my account for October (though I do have a number of items in my sidecart).
The SF products due this month are all "missing". As well, my SS guild subscription seems to have been suspended...???

It should still be there. If it isn't, you should start a Customer Service thread asking what happened to it.
And it does appear that somebody forgot to remove that product from the initial posting to this thread, as its product listing now says that it is coming out in November.

Is the street date for October products the 18th or 25th? This thread shows the 25th but the individual product pages are showing the PDFs being available on the 18th.
Or are you trying something new with early PDFs?

Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this problem so I'll put it here: my payment method has been repeatedly declined with no listed reason for this month's subscription, but I've been charged twice: once last week and once this week. Is there a way that can be fixed?
I did have declined transactions and after calling my bank, it was an incorrect zip code. Fixed it and it went right through.

There are two in-progress transactions, but usually if it tries to refresh itself after a week the first one goes away. And because they're both considered in-progress, I can't use that money for anything.
Looks like the two "pending"authorizations failed on our end and can't be settled by us. I've reversed both to try to get those to disappear faster. You will want to make sure that the billing information we have for your payment method matches exactly what your bank has on file.
Let customer service know if you need further assistance.

Is there a reason why the player companion and the ap shipped seporatly? When the two shipped together, the weight was the same estimate as shipping seporatly... its just weird that they are kn different days
We're actually trying to figure this out, too. When we created orders, our shipping system thought it was cheapest to ship together, but when we began shipping, a number of orders suddenly jumped up to being cheapest shipping separately for ~$4 more. Our system did correctly charge the originally quoted price though, so you should have only been charged what we quoted in the order creation email.

Is there anyway to get the PDF before you ship the hard copy of the book. I have subscription but it hasn't shipped yet the order says pending and I haven't gotten a notice saying I haven't paid. If I could get the PDF released I wouldn't much mind when the book got here.
No, but you'll get the PDF when your copy ships, which, according to the OP, will be by Friday, so you shouldn't have to wait too much longer. My subscription hasn't shipped yet, either.

It sucks in those months when you’re at the end of the shipping window. I like to cheer myself up by focusing on the streetdate rather than the messageboard chatter from the lucky ones. Even at the end of the shipping window, you nearly always get access to the book ahead of the general public.
