Advice

I was hoping for some ideas for a Glamer fusion for a heavy weapon as I just do not like my ideas.
So for they are...
1) Stuffed toy: Banana, teddy bear, etc
2) watermealon
3) broken instrument (because I do not play one)
4) statue or tiki idol or part of a totem pole

As you can see I am shooting blanks on this so any help would be great.

hygiene kit, petrol tank, tent, backpack, golf clubs

I had thought of a backpack/bag of some sort but then someone could ask you to open it.

Personally, I'd use the stop sign one for a blunt melee weapon, preferably a sledgehammer of sorts. I just love the mental image of ragdolling someone into a corner with a giant sign xD

A ventriloquist's puppet. Take a rank in Profession (entertainer) to really seal the deal.

If you don't have enough control over the glamer to animate the puppet, say it's a reverse ventriloquist's puppet. Enough ranks in Intimidate, and no one will question you.

The Exchange

A neon sign advertising a favorite business "Eat at Joes" and as a bonus work at Joes for your day job.

A giant and overrought holy symbol to your deity of choice, preferably one that can be mounted on your back. Works for those yahoos over in 40k...

Chest baby carrier.

A coffin

A giant cross

A guitar case

Shadow Lodge

Big inflatable pool toy? Vesk-intended pogo stick? Optical hobbyist telescope? Big blinking advert for whatever your Icon's schtick is?

Thanks all for your input.
You had the same ideas I had except I also had a giant hero sandwich, clear case with vintage Michael Jordan Air Jordan's vacuum sealed and a vase with flowers.

Since it is a BUK=3 item; I also liked the pet carrier with sleeping pet or just a pet you carry but then thought of the problem that would occur as it did not radiate the right heat and guards might ask to wake it up.

Thanks again.

1 person marked this as a favorite.

If it's a sonic weapon, you could disguise it as a boombox.

Just don't turn on the turbo bass.

I would prefer changing my giant pneumatic hammer into a parking meter.

That way we can walk around and literally beat "common cents" into stupid people.

Alright, so you walk into a hospital where a crimelord is being treated. Everywhere you see large vesks in suits carrying tubas, surfboards, and stop signs.

I love it.

Even if it's not sonic, you can get away with this

Well. You could glamer the weapon as just the pet carrier, and then carry around a real animal in it.

BTW, this also brought back my idea of having a war-hammer or other such weapon that has the ability to cast arcane mark upon hitting (and then taking off the mark with spending 1 min if you have the weapon that did the damage, (to preserve the resale value of enemies equipment)).
The idea is like the old Mark of Zoro thing and being able to hit an enemy multiple times and have smiley faces appear where ever you have hit them on their equipment. (I know saves are involved but house rule it so the caster level is very high or have it be an artifact ability where saves are very hard).

Thanks again all for your thoughts and ideas.
