September subscription?

Hello,

I still have not received a September subscription email notification, much less a shipping notice - I checked my subscription page and there is no indication that any of my Sept stuff is even there - for instance, it says my last PF AP volume delivered was Ruins of Azlant vol 1, and the next scheduled shipment is vol 3?

Can you please confirm if I can expect to get a shipping notice for the September subscription stuff anytime soon? Thanks.

It looks like the system did not generate your September order. I have generated the subscription items and you should be receiving an email confirmation. It should be on its way soon.

My September order is in the same condition. No billing or indication of shipping/download, and it shows my next Adventure Path subscription item is Azlant #3. I wonder if it has something to do with picking up my subscriptions at GenCon.

Thanks for letting us know! I can't currently see why I didn't generate #122 for you. I've added a copy to your pending order, #4497427. You should get an updated order confirmation email for that.
