The Craft skill doesn't require training. Lini can use her +3 total modifier as she sees fit. The Profession skill is the one that requires training.

In order to roll a DayJob in PFS, you must have at least one rank.
Which makes sense, what doesn't make much sense to me is listing Lini as having +3 to craft Jewelry if she can't use the craft for anything.
If she can roll it in game sure else why bother listing it under her skills when they've already spend space in traits that she got +2 to craft jewelry

You can roll a d20 and add your Craft Skill to it in PFS. The Craft Skill has more applications than just crafting and Day Jobs. Many scenarios call for such rolls.
Since Gnomes have a +2 racial trait, it had to be included in her statblock somewhere.
If it was left out, you'd have players asking "What Craft do I add her +2 to?"

"Day Jobs" are a PFS thing.
The Lini Pregen is also PFS-specific (all Pregens are).
"Day job" is often used colloquially as the usual "make money with Craft/Profession" skill. Since this was the rules forum, I assumed that's what he meant. If it isn't, understood and flagged for move.
(...I was pretty sure there are character sheets for iconics outside of PFS, but maybe not.)
