Damaged book in order # 4401731

Hi,

I received this order today (Horror Adventures) and was disappointed to see that the box (and the book inside) had been horribly mangled. How can I go about getting a replacement?

Thanks for letting us know! I'm sorry to hear that your book was damaged. I'll go ahead and get a replacement set up to be sent out to you as soon as possible. If you'd like to send in pictures of the damage to customer.service@paizo.com in the meantime, we can take a look and make sure it was something that happened in transit and not a more widespread issue.

Please don't hesitate to ask if there are any further questions or concerns that you may have in the meantime, and I will be more than happy to help out.

Thank you so much for your quick response and your guidance!! A very pleasant experience to be had from an unfortunate event.

I will send a picture of the damaged book to you, though it appears that the USPS is to blame, the box was incredibly mangled and the book itself looks like i was stepped on in the middle.
