Does Weapon Focus still grant a +2 bonus when a high-level mechanic uses his Combat Tracking class ability?
My assumption is that you would handle weapon focus on the targets of your combat tracking as if your BAB were = to your level so you would get the +1 and not +2 from weapon focus (assuming your normal BAB/Level would normally the permit the +2),
I assume the increase of BAB = Mechanic level would make any ablity or feat that references BAB to treat it that way when interacting in any way with the tracked target.
Such as the feat Enhanced Resistance which gives you either DR or Energy Resistance equal to your BAB. I would assume those values would increase against attacks originating from a combat tracked target for example.
Edit: Looking at this again I think I am wrong from a RAW standpoint on Enhanced Resistance since Combat Tracking says it boosts your effective BAB for attacks you make against that target.
As a home rule I could easily see allowing the increased defence though as the Exocortex is feeding you 'telemetry and combat tactics' which one could assume allows you to defend yourself better with feats or abilites based on BAB value.

Since:
allowing you to make attacks against that target as if your base attack bonus from your mechanic levels were equal to your mechanic level
qualifies for
If your base attack bonus is at least 3 lower than your character level (or your mechanic’s class level, if you are a drone), you gain a +2 bonus instead.
The attack is made "as if" you had full BAB, and the bonuses dependent upon BAB should react accordingly.
