Ah missed those, thanks! Edit: Possibly Magus with a strength build.
You do not really need +2 to both main stats. You can pretty much get by with a 15-16 Int to start with. Your spells are typically Touch spells without a Save DC. The boosted Int benefits skills which get stripped out by spells quickly, and spells per day which can increase with the Headband of Vast Int. In the early levels, you will hardly notice the difference.
I recommend Human, Half Elf, Half Orc, and any race that gives you +2 to one of the 2 stats. You will hardly notice the difference. But playing some weird race is hard to justify in many settings beyond, I wanted the stat boosts.

Dual-Talent Human was listed earlier in the thread, so the OP could get +2 to both stats and play a core race, if willing to give up on the bonus feat and bonus skill points humans usually get.

Choose the Eldritch Scion Magus to become a CHA-based spontaneous caster and play a Nagaji for +2 STR, +2 CHA, -2 INT. My PFS Nagaji Eldritch Scion is pretty fun so far and now she has a Mauler Familiar more intelligent than her! It's also hilarious to see people's faces when I tell them I'm playing a Magus with 5 INT.
