I love this one.

#21, rolling dice, giving them a funny looking/saying "huh", rolling more dice, then "looking" something up.

The nice NPC ranger who helped guide them to the hoard of a legendary but deceased dragon polymorphs back into his natural dragon form the instant they run forward into the loot pile. He blocks the way back out of the lair, of course.

Web browsers don't automatically refresh pages. You may post something only to find out that someone beat you to the same number just seconds ahead of you.

That'd be left up to the DM's discretion. :)

She could be any one of those.
