Special player powers

Advice

So I'm going to DM a game of Pathfinder in the Warhammer setting and my players are much more interested in powergaming than roleplaying, so I thought it would be a good idea to add special powers to characters I make for them to add some character centric fluff to the combat to make them feel like they're playing someone unique. Here are my ideas so far

Bright Sorceress
>Can call upon the power of chaos to cast a free spell of any level she can cast at the cost of 25% HP
>Can unleash a spell 2 levels above her highest casting level but goes unconscious immediately after at 0 HP

Dwarf barbarian
>Committed a great sin, seeks glory through death
>For every 20% of HP missing the dwarf gains 1 extra crit chance and 1 AC

Crafty Gunslinger
>Every day the slinger can craft a special bullet for free, these bullets can induce poisons and never miss
>The player can only only hold 5 of these shots at once

I know these sound broken but it's a high power campaign so that's the idea. Thoughts? I need a power for a rouge type character if anyone has any suggestions.

Sovereign Court

Probably better to ask on the suggestion/homebrew forum.

For the sorceress, should be -1 hp and stable, rather than 0 hp (staggered).

For the barbarian, consider giving Ferocity and possibly Regeneration 1 while raging. This will allow him to continue fighting well into the negatives, but if he hasn't received substantial healing by the time he stops raging... dead dwarf.

For the gunslinger, what type of poisons? Consider a gp limit each day, limit 3-5 bullets/day, and any leftovers expire at the end of the day. Scale the gp limit with level (poisons normally range from ~50g to ~5000g per dose). Possibly split this into 2 abilities (#1 gives ability to have specialty poison bullets, #2 is X/day never miss, they can be combined as desired).

For rogue, as a full round action, attempt a bluff check to feint against a target they can see. If they succeed, they immediately teleport behind the target and make a melee attack (enemy denied their dexterity bonus as normal for a successful feint). If you like, the feint may automatically succeed against an unaware target (such as a lone guard on a wall in the middle of the night).
