<p>Yes: Pathfinder's kinda special in that, theoretically, the deities are just something that a very powerful player character can become. No rules there, just flavor, but you could attain godhood if you really tried (and the GM let you). So, in theory, all the deities had a gender before they became deities (unless their base race lacks gender).</p>
<p>No: Deity can appear as whatever, they can be whatever. With all the magic of the setting, there's no real gender that a deity needs to abide by once they achieve godhood.
