Hello I just changed the billing address on my account. I have recently moved and have not received my previous subscription that was sent and was wondering if it was received back or resent?

Thanks for letting us know! We haven't seen that shipment come back yet, and according to the tracking information, it hasn't moved much lately either. I'm guessing it'll probably get bounced around in the postal system before eventually getting back to us.

For now, I've set up a replacement for book #118 in your currently pending subscription order. Those two books should send out together, and you'll get a confirmation email once it's been processed for shipping. If the original shipment does end up finding you, you should be able to refuse delivery and have it returned to sender.
