Hello! I've had these two orders Pending for quite some time now (more than the "expected" amount of 7-18 days). Just wanted to make sure these were not 'stuck' in some way and might ship soon.

Thanks for letting us know! Our inbox can get pretty full sometimes, so we are not always able to respond to emails the same day. I'll go ahead and remove your inquiry from the inbox. :)

Looking into your orders, it seems they are both being held up by miniatures that we're waiting to receive from our distributors. These miniatures are: Shadow Dragon, and Blackjack. This is indicated by the listed product availability on their product pages; if an item lists over 1-7 business days, then it means we likely do not have it on-hand in our warehouse and will need to order it from a distributor. I apologize for any confusion or inconvenience that this may have caused. Because these are measured in business days, we are just coming up on the end of those expected windows toward the end of this week. I will be checking in with our store team to see if there are any updates for when we may expect these minis.

If you'd like to get the available items moving sooner, I can move the delayed miniatures either into a new order, or into your sidecart to be shipped with the next available subscription. If you'd like to leave the orders as-is, they should remain pending until all of the items are in stock. Just let me know what you'd prefer, and I'll be happy to take care of that for you. Please don't hesitate to ask if there are any further questions or concerns that you may have in the meantime, and I'll be glad to help.
