The spell Holy Ice says yes to Spell Resistance.
My question is it only to the Energy damage of the wall and javelins?
Would the Physical damage of the javelins sill apply?
If it applies to the wall, would touching it dispel the wall?

As a lower level spell, it seems more powerful.
Nope. Holy Ice's spells effects make no mention of special conditions in regards to spell resistance, like other spells do. Any effect that would affect a creature with spell resistance forces the check. If it's the ice wall, then the creature isn't affected by the damage portion of the spell if you don't overcome it's spell resistance. If it's the javelins, then any javelins directed at the creature take no effect.
