Order 4280675 and 4254123

Greetings,

When I ordered 4254123, I choose to ship with the next monthly shipment. I just got the email for the shipping of 4280675 and the CDs from 4254123 was not included. I was wondering if you guys could combine the orders, or if I was going to have to wait until the May shipment before I can get 4254123.

Hi Jay,

These were added to your sidecart after your April subscription order was generated, which means that they will wait in your sidecart until the next possible shipment (which in this case would be May).

Sidecarts are checked for items during the order generating process each month. If you are wanting to add items after a given month's order has been generated (and you have the order number for it), you need to change the shipping option to Combine It with order XXXXXXX.

As order 4280675 was already processed for shipping, we cannot make changes to it.

If you want the items moved out of your sidecart to ship now, please let us know.
