OK, I need to put on a game for 4 people, and all of them are adamant about not being a high-caster. We have a Chirurgeon Alchemist (focused on healing), a stock utility Bard (new player), an Unchained Summoner (Eidolon dongle), and a werecrocodile-kin Skinwalker (some sort of front-line natural attack specialist, class undecided).
I'm hoping some GMs could help who have played with a lot of Golarion material before;
What Adventure Paths could I run for them where they won't be severely screwed without high-casters of divine and arcane persuasions?
(I was also thinking maybe the 3 Razmir modules...)

Also see this thread on running parties with no full casters (the main topic is actually about nothing more than 4/9 casters, which is even more extreme). Keep in mind that you have a Summoner, so this party is not in as much trouble as you might think (even though the Summoner is Unchained).

Skulls and Shackles would be great for that party comp.
High level casters crush this campaign so not having a full caster will not hurt so badly.
Not sure what Level S&S is supposed to end at cause my group took on the Final boss Level 12 a few levels earlier than the AP suggests. I think it is supposed to be 14 or higher at the end.
Another really good AP is Mummies Mask. I've only got to play the first book but I was loving it. Very fun.

+1 Skull and Shackles.
It's not a very difficult AP, that favors skills a lot, very good for a bard.
The werecroc and the chirurgeon seem also thematic fot this story.
Have in mind that it is very focused on skill checks and roleplaying, so you must consider if it fits your gaming style.
You can enjoy it a lot even if pirates are not your thing.
