necklace of fireballs / kineticist

Rules Questions

Can an Aether kineticist use telekinetic blast to throw a bead from a necklace of fireballs ?

Possibly even the Many Throw talent to throw multiple beads at one time ?

By RAW, No. there's nothing in the text of the magic item that allows for this.

The Necklace of Fireballs is a very vaguely-defined item. It doesn't specify what kind of action it is to detach and throw a bead or whether a bead can be detached without throwing/detonating it immediately. As a result, it's basically whatever your GM says goes.

The spheres are detachable by the wearer (and only by the wearer), who can easily hurl one of them up to 70 feet. When a sphere arrives at the end of its trajectory, it detonates as a fireball spell (Reflex DC 14 half).

Alternatively, you can loosen the strands of aether in order to deal damage to both the object and the target as though you had thrown the object yourself (instead of dealing your normal blast damage).

I don't think you can stack blast damage with fireball damage. However, beads are thrown and telekinesis can act as a throw, so yes.

Wouldn't activating the item be a standard action (default where none is specified) and using the blast another standard?
