Evil Outsider Bane?

Wrath of the Righteous

Running, non-mythic with some boosted stats.
I'm a bit worried about Irabeth's sword, I think the Ranger will likely end up with it and I'm wondering if people thing they will be OP with all their maximized favored enemy (etc) and bane weapon.
I could obviously not have Irabeth bequeath it, but it is a cool weapon for a demon-hunter ranger. Just worried about OP.
Thoughts?

As a followup, I now see the Planar magic weapon ability. I wonder whether this is more reasonable. I can't tell if it's less or more powerful than bane. I'm feeling like it's less but still neat. <?>

If I'm not mistaken, Radiance should only show its full potential in the hands of a paladin (and not all at once). While a demonslayer ranger is close, it's not quite the same.

everyone will have evil-outsider bane soon, as soon as they can afford it - my players are nearly at the end (start of book 6) and they have a mix of EO-Bane, mythic bane, axiomatic, and holy - all of which stack for total of +8d6+4 for each attack

Irabeth's sword is not Radiance. When we played the campaign we gave her her sword back, given that we made use of her.
