It's been another month without additional resources.
Who's speculating on when they might drop?
Is it too early to compulsively refresh?

Any bets on Psychic Anthology and Heroes of the High Court being included?

I'm really hoping at least one of the Mesmerist Trick feats makes it through, and the Genial Gnome trait from HotHC.

It is my hope that they delayed the AR update to include those two gems of books! Right now I'm not able to play my Kinetic Chirurgeon until I see exactly what kineticist options are going to make the cut into AR... There are some very, very awesome new options in Psychic Anthology...

*****

I am not holding my breath. I would like it if pei-zin practitioner was sanctioned.

* Venture-Agent, Utah—Provo aka Chess Pwn

my guess/hope is 14-20 days away and yes the 2 new books are in it.

I'm kind of regretting that my heavy armor kineticist has been played twice at 2nd level. Kinetic knight would've been perfect for her.

Got plans for what may be a silksworn occultist, or just a witch.

Also have a concept that might work as a virtuous bravo, but will need a ton of feats.

Everything interesting reserved for future chronicles.

Dark Archive **

I'm guessing Sacrament Alchemist will not be legal. Because of the domains that give animal companion. That puts a strange kink into it, which they want to avoid dealing with.

Nah... If it's like last update they'd just completely rewrite or clarify the ability. In fact it's a rather a benign fix compared to what they've done.

Grand Lodge ***

I sure hope not, Sacramental Alchemists look really cool. If ACs are the concern, I hope they just ban those directly instead of the whole archetype.

Scarab Sages

I just want the Strange Aeon chronicle sheets released. Though all those Mesmerist feast from Psychic Anthology would be amazing.

**** Venture-Agent, Netherlands—Utrecht aka Quentin Coldwater

I hope Psychic Anthology becomes legal before the 26th (playing a special). I've got an 13th-level Occultist who'd really like that Warrior Panoply.

I imagine we will also see a number of entries in the clarification document. Sooooooo much strangeness going on in the kinetecist section.

I wonder how many Kinetic Knights are waiting in the wings. I really hope we get some Healer's Handbook and Psychic Anthology love soon.

I really hope we get an update soon... I'd really like to know what makes the cut in Psychic Anthology.

My guess on the highly anticipated options:

Kinetic Knight in
Phantom Blade in
Wei Zin Practitioner out (I might be wrong here, both on the spelling and prediction)
Panoplies out (I don't think we will ever see a full BAB 6th Level caster in PFS)
Mesmericist stuff (Don't know the class well enough but considering it's so undersupported to date it might get a few things that are slightly OP)

I'm also hoping that the WISDOM for Diplomacy trait from Qadira makes it. Good for Compulsive Charisma Dumpers like myself!

Mybig anticipation is kinetic invocation, and whether that could make elemental affinity worth keeping rather than trading out for my upcoming Undine Hydrokineticist. Given that racial trait retrains are 20pp, it'd be awesome to find out prior to the series of watery sessions my lodge has planned in the near future.

I hope not, it might actually make in combat healing a more viable tactic for a straight oracle.

Well it's pretty much a straight upgrade (as are a number of other oracle archetypes) to an already strong class and incredibly strong in conjunction with life link. Also it steps on the Paladin's toes a lot...

Grand Lodge ***

I don't think it steps on the Paladin that much. Full BaB, Heavy Armor, crazy saves and Smite Evil are all great, and make the core "do something with your actions other than healing" idea of Oradin work. There's still a lot of room for a party healer up front smashing face off.

Heroes of the High Court should also be in this round. I'm looking forward to/curious what makes the cut from:

Enlightened Noble
Genial Magic Gnome (please!)
Court Poet (hopefully they clear up Rage Powers)
Protective Luck
Virtuous Bravo
Pageantry Discipline
Silksworn Occultist (4 implements!, +Cha to mental focus!)

I'm hoping that we get the clarifications of access for Paths of the Righteous that were implied.

Updated!

Psychic Anthology and Heroes of the High Court didn't make it into this one, which is what I was hoping for. Ah well, next time....

Gah! Waiting another two months for Psychic Anthology and HotHC is going to be painful.

Pretty much all of Healer's Handbook is in, it looks like.

Linda and I are already well into February's and some of March's material. I anticipate the next Additional Resources update will show up considerably sooner than two months from now.

Don't suppose "considerably sooner" is in two weeks? My undine hydrokineticist's racial traits are going to depend on whether or not kinetic invocation (and the clause about the 'water affinity' trait) make it in. And my lodge is running a couple of water-based mods in a couple of weeks... a rare occurrence, but 20-40 prestige to retrain if I guess wrong is unpalatable . Or just a hint would do, lol.

Seriously though, thanks for all of your guys' hard work pushing additional resources through.

Was the omission of Risen From the Sands and We Be 4 Goblins from the sanctioned modules list an oversight or are they no longer PFS sanctioned?

I see that the fighter's stamina Advanced weapon training didn't get banned this time either.
Think it's safe to try and take it? would make it more fun to play my fighter again

I'm entirely surprised no one has made an Oradin using the Spirit Guide archetype. Was it just because that books version of life link was broken?

Grand Lodge ***

You don't get channels until 7, but I actually figured something like Spirit Guide Nature Oracle 4 for Life Link and Nature Mystery for Cha to AC was the usual Oradin setup now (pre Pei Zin.)

Pei Zin is going to make a split between "main healer" Life Link-LoHers and "smash face without using up actions" Oradins.

I would advise against doing so.

Great job John, I'd love to see some more AP sanctioning in the next round...

You might be right. I just like the idea of giving my fighter more options as to how he uses his feats.

As it is nowm he is kinda retired as he is my first pfs char and I didn't know how to build him.

I am an Oradin with Spirit Guide Archetype, but I am a life oracle who pulls in other spirits for hexes and spells. If you want the life oracle goodies you really want to have life mystery.

I can make Tubthumper the Samurai, the man who put all his feats into Unconquerable Resolve, to become He-Who-Just-Won't-Die.

This might have been something I had voiced an interest in revisiting, but for whatever reason it did not get added to my log of items to review in the Additional Resources. It's there now and should be one of the pieces considered for the next release.

So he get's knocked down, but he gets up again.

I see what you did there.

Im just debating as to whether or not it it would be redundant with the Succor Mystery. That is a disturbingly effective support mystery.

Ehhhh... Succor kind of steals most of them to make it work.

Succor doesn't get either channel or life link. The succor specific revelations seem largely terrible due to the 1 or 2 times daily uses you get out of most of them.

There's some really nice bits in Monster Hunter's; specifically looking at the Creature Focus, and Focused Expertise feats. :)

It would be an amazing thing to put out the next update this week. Could save me 5 prestige. Longshot I know, but a guy can dream, right?

Grand Lodge ***

That would be awesome, but I'm guessing at least a full month from the last one (two more weeks.)

I really want to see what lands from Psychic Anthology, I've got a rebuild boon burning a hole in my pocket to pick up some goodies (and fix my oversight in not taking Noble Scion(War) at level 1. :( )

Tomorrow will be 3 weeks. I'm not expecting we'll see anything before at least next week (1 month), but by then I'll need to pay the 5 prestige retrain (if what I want is approved) because I play Friday with the option I'd need to replace. Happens.

What about having a pregen sit in for you? That way you don't have to commit to a build just yet.

Pregens got a lot more attractive to me now that they can earn faction boons/journal checkmarks.

I would, but the entire reason I rushed the character into existence prior to psychic anthology was because the series of modules being run at my flgs is perfect for the character rp-wise. Good RP is worth 5 prestige.

Ya, I keep thinking about picking up Psychic Anthology but am waiting for the additional resources update so I don't have to later edit ideas out of character ideas.

These usually drop on Wednesday's? *Hopeful Look*

* Venture-Agent, Utah—Provo aka Chess Pwn

If it's true that it's usually Wednesdays then today is a good guess, we've been told that the next one would likely be out this month.
