Roleplaying a priest in my campaign- looking for your thoughts.

Advice

Hello!

So not sure if this is the right place to post this- and if it isn't I'm so sorry I'm new. But in my group I play a priest and I would like to do a bit more for our roleplaying part of the campaign. Does anyone have any ideas on something like, generic sermons, sayings, or hints and tips on how to make her seem more 'priestly'. I'm new to this and I really want to do great.

Thank you ahead of time for reading this!

I'd put this under "Pathfinder RPG- Advice," personally.

What god does your priest revere? There's a big difference between a cleric of, say, Cayden Cailean and a cleric of Asmodeus or Zon-Kuthon.

Yes, the deity that your priest follows would guide the answer to your question. But generically, your PC can be concerned with the state of the other members' of your party religious health. Offer advice based on your deity's teachings. Pray for them and for other NPCs the party comes across. And you can take that to the level of annoyance that you want. :)

If you are a priest of one of the core deities in Golarion, you should go and pick up INNER SEA GODS. It is a great resource for that kind of thing.

We started a thread a while ago that should help a smidge:
