We are all one or none! All-One!

By which I mean, we are all onanists or nuns, sugarbuns!

Except me. I am the reincarnation of the Count of St. Germain, so screw you clowns.

He needs something, that's for sure. He sounds like he's off his meds, and looks like he's been mule-kicked once too many times.

You put the lime in the coconut, and you drink it on down.

Well that's all fine and dandy but the limes keep squishing when i try to fit them through in the coconut!

"I went to the lagoon,
To get myself some coconut cream pies,
And I said to myself,
The Skipper has got to die!
With his "Gilligan!" "Gilligan!" "Gilligan!!"

Gilligan, by The Ziggens.

No reason, just what I was listening to while taking Tiny T-Rex to school. :-)

Is that how you get ants, Barry?

Yes it is, Other Barry.

I now wonder if this Barry (or Other Barry) would be less awful, just as awful, or more awful with CW Barry Allen's time traveling powers.

So, Action Packed! Action Question! Time!

Q. If you were to make an Alchemist character and didn't want to make it a Halfling or Dwarf. What race would you make it.

Please note, there is no wrong answer. Unless it's Halfling or Dwarf, then it would be.

Ratfolk often make good alchemists I'm partial to going against expectations and taking a race that most wouldn't necessarily take for a class, though, just as a personal challenge.

I'm currently playing a Dwarven Oracle. So I get that. Ratfolk is fun, but I think I'll keep thinking about it.

I think possibly Android or Kobold.

I'm thinking maybe Reptoid.

I've always been a Halfling or Dwarf person, and I've been thinking of branching out, finding new races to try.

I've never really liked elves, but now with Golarion they don't have to be a&&@!$~s (Yes, yes, Second Darkness, I have no plans on getting it so no worries).

I play Humans nearly exclusively. Of course when I first began playing in the 80s I played every playable race offered, but since then I'm completely in the Human camp. I'm seriously considering making my next campaign (which won't start for several months at the rate we're going) Humans only for PCs.

Including kender?

How about all of PLANESCAPE's Paraelemental and Quasielemental Genasi? ^^

I wouldn't care much for a one-PC-race-only campaign, personally. I'd keep a few other options open.

Yeah. Dark Sun reminded me too much of Vance's Dying Earth series.

So, the tourney starts this week.

As someone who doesn't bet or fill out brackets, it should be a fun time!

Now, off to find some rinky dink college in the middle of nowhere to root for.

Also, which round will Wisconsin choke in. I'm thinking second round this year. :-)

Adds Vance to the list of authors to look for at Saint Vincent DePaul.

Let me amend this by saying "Every playable race except Kender". I had forgotten Kender until you brought them up.

I seem to be in several different places at once today... Ooh, a human only world... I haven't seen one of these in millenia!! How quaint! And it is inside a thread about action, doubly quaint!

I do so love the word quaint, as it is, in and of itself, quaint.

And also used in Chaucer (among other places) as a double entendre for something rather naughty. Or, if you're an American, unmentionably naughty.

With Ifor, Gruff and Geraint again,
Quantifyin' the quaint, oooooh!

Did you just make that up, or is that actually a thing?

I think that's an original. I don't remember reading anything like that in my High School English Lit classes. But that was thirty years ago. I could be mistaken. :P

Sounds like a Loon has taken to our pond on top of the hill.

The bird, not a crazy person.

You know it's going to be hot out when the mailman drops off mail before 9 a.m.

Especially when they usually drop it off in the afternoon.

Could be a were-loon who is also a crazy person. Or a were-loon who is also a Canadian dollar.

Could be, we have both a large population of crazy people and is an international melting pot (especially since we live on the edge of the UW).

I can assure you it's entirely unrelated. :-)
